Experience two different Reiki Meditations which you will be able to use at home and learning how to feel Reiki energy

Yoga Nidra

Includes clearing of the Chakras as well as breath and subtle energy body awareness

You will spend a morning with two Reiki Masters practicing different mindfulness and Reiki meditations and techniques to introduce you to the spiritual system developed by Mikao Usui. You will work with meditation, movement, breath, sound and energy, as well as having a brief introduction to the Reiki system for wellness and spiritual growth.

We will begin the morning with a herbal tea and an introduction to us and the history of Reiki and it’s founding father, Mikao Usui, followed with a brief group practice to begin to feel the energy around you.

We will then guide you through a Mindfulness breathing practice and body scan so you can become more aware and connected to the sensations of your body and begin to de-stress and calm the mind, and during this meditational practice we will also give each guest some hands-on Reiki.

We will explain and guide you through two different Reiki Meditations which you will be able to use at home.

We will finish with a guided Yoga Nidra practice that will incorporate clearing of the Chakras as well as breath and subtle energy body awareness.
